Still not seen any readings or bills on the PEA app for April. Only 7 days to go before May readings are due

I've tried to pay my bill every day with both Krung Thai NEXT App and the PEA App and there is no figure available for payment. Guess we'll just have to wait it out! In the meantime I'm keeping it super cool in my home both day and night since my bill for May should not exceed my very low February bill. My stepson is burning up in his home and he refuses to use the A/C because he has no trust that PEA will keep their commitment to bill March, April and May at no greater than his February bill, and I can't convince him otherwise. With the daily temps running up to 42C I think I would exercise a little more faith in the government's promises.

Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

If you actually have a bill there is no harm in trying to pay it, you will lose nothing.

If you can pay it the deductions will go onto your account for next months bill, though you may find that you cannot pay it, in which case there will probably be a revised one on the way.

Is that right? We were in the U.K. in February so only had minimal usage for things on timers. I’m going to turn the AC on instead of sitting here with my feet in a bowl of iced water

DM,

We're near the airport, same as you. Our bill was due on April 28. We've been to the PEA office near the back of Udon Pitt school twice. The first time, they said come back after April 30 "computers not ready". We went again on Tuesday just gone. Same thing. Come back after May 8 "computers not ready".

Using logic, I think their computors are being re-programmed to show the correct amount including the Govt subsidy.

My April bill has just appeared in the PEA app. Pleasantly surprised, used 5 times as many units on both meters as February but the charge is roughly the same.
I notice that even though it’s taken them so long to produce the bill the payment date hasn’t changed. The DD is still going out in the next few days

Next question .. will a new re calculated paper bill be issued for us non techy appy types.. or take current bill into PEA and its adjusted there when you pay ?? .. The PEA fb is obviously all in squiggly which i dont do.

Sorry, can’t answer that. My paper bill is usually left at the neighbours house where the meter is bolted to a pole outside. He reckons he gave me the latest paper bill a couple of weeks ago but it was dated January. I haven’t seen one since.

I pay Direct Debit so don’t actually need a paper bill. I just check the readings they’ve taken on the app two weeks before the due date so I know my usage & how much will go from the bank

I was intrigued about the numbering mentioned so dug out that old January bill.
Second purple row from the top, left to right, it says “PEA No” which is the meter, “User No” which I guess is our account then “(Type)” 1125. I’m guessing they’re using the first 3 digits for this categorisation

Both PEA and MEA have 3 or 2 number codes

In general 1.1.1 is only for 5/15 meters and 150 kWh or under usage.
If you aren’t 3 phase you will be 1.1.2

1.2.x is for a TOU meter (the code is 1.3.x for MEA)
