There is a dental precinct at the intersection of Prajak Sillapakom Rd and Mittraphap Rd. There are approximately 5 dental practices within 50 metres in Mittraphap Rd that may provide the service required.

In Loei the government hospital has an excellent dental department, maybe the same in Udon?

My wife had braces done here and has been going there for 1 year to maintain her braces, she likes the doctor (female) and has one year left before they come off. Prices are reasonable for specialists.

We did our usual not calling ahead and went to this clinic this past Monday. Dr. Bo and Dr. Golf are in CM and only commute to UD periodically now IAW what the receptionist told us. Dr. Golf will be here on the 6th or 7th she told us. Gave us a number to call Dr. Bo in CM. I went to the girly doctors down the street and got done what I needed so tossed the number. BLUF is to call before you go.
