3. Facilities including range and any other practice areas
4. Green condition and consistency
5. Prices and value for money
6. Caddie quality and knowledge of the golf course

According to a variety of related websites, 9 holes are due to open for play in Dec 2018 (approximately) with the rest of the course due to open in April 2019.

I asked as if you see the UD TV Channel they are regularly advertising

They're having a promotion on membership packages. I haven't seen the TV commercial, but I'd guess it's related to that.

Looked at their Facebook page.
They expect to have 9 holes open in December & the full 18 in April next year.
The promotion for membership is also on there.
18 holes green fee 1,600 baht plus 300 baht caddy fee.

Why don't we wait until the course is open and see what condition it is in and what their Sports Day prices are before we condemn it.

New course will need to be protected for at least a year so can’t see how that price will survive and what they will charge when the course has matured

The Fee is for 18 holes a round of golf is 1,900 plus caddy tip.
Membership fees are
Founder Member 500,000 baht no expiry date & free green fees.Still have to pay caddy fee.
1 Year membership 60,000 baht & green fees 250 baht plus caddy fee 300Bb.
3 Year member 150,000 baht green fee 250 baht plus caddy 300 B.
5 Year member 200,000 Baht green fee 250 Baht plus caddy.

We were out there 17th Sept, Opening December I think is a bit tight, as they had major Issues with the Wet Season and Holding Back the Land Scaping with the Water Run Off, A Few Attached Pics below, the First and Second were the only Fairways Grassed, but that was 6 Weeks Ago, but I think a few Months Later than December, but the Layout Looks Good and will be a Welcome Addition to Udon when Finished IMO.
