went by to see Steve in Bangkok Hospital's Coronary Care Unit this morning.. He was in good spirits and we had a long chat.. He gets his procedure done tomorrow and is looking forward to getting home perhaps Thursday if all goes to plan.. The T-Bar just isn't the same without Steve sitting back in his chair welcoming all his friends and customers..!

Yes Steve you are among family friends and brothers so keep up the good spirit and you will find that the good spirits will be on your side as well ! I always look forward to come to the T-bar to get a perfect combination of good food and good old english banter - Nothing beats a good friendly insultment to make one feel welcome so I expect that when I come back to see you and Malee in december !!!

Fantastic!!! Good news that.. Hope he's home Thursday as he planned.. Since his sleep schedule in the hospital is arse barkwards, he'll probably be reading these missives about 3 AM.....
