I always forget about the alcohol rules when shopping in the supermarkets. The local traders don't turn away custom no matter the time or day!

Re: Yet another school shooting in the US

You're from a society that gave up your right to defend yourselves . I don't expect you to understand, and I'll never try to tell you what you should do there. I don't care because I don't live there, and it's none of my business -- and I don't even have an opinion of it. But as always, you're enti...

Re: Yet another school shooting in the US

They do say you can't argue with stupid. There's a reason automobiles have much more relaxed rules than guns do in every country...I'll let you try and work that out for yourself, take your time though. The personal attacks begin. The first sign that you're losing this argument. :) The only ones lo...

Re: Yet another school shooting in the US

So if you could prevent a needless death of an innocent child you would not choose to do so on the basis of an out of date piece of legislation tells you it's your right? Backwards indeed. I'm not going to call for the confiscation of firearms from law-abiding citizens for the same reason that I do...

Re: Yet another school shooting in the US

Let's narrow this down a little bit and see just how prolific these gun deaths from mass shootings really are in the US. In 2017 there were 317 deaths from mass shootings. There are 19,354 incorporated cities in the US (regardless of size), so that means that on the average only 1 person within eve...

8-[ Doodoo just an observation, if Australia and the UK who control there guns as you say live in a free and harmonious society. Why have they trained and armed there Police in such a fashion that they look like they are ready to be deployed in Afghanistan rather than on the streets of suburbia with...

Re: Yet another school shooting in the US

Again people roll out the inanimate objects don't kill people line. That's missing the point. Guns enable those who've 'flipped' to commit such atrocities, certainly on a much larger scale. To me, if gun control prevents one innocent death it's worth committing to, depends on how much you value life...

Re: Yet another school shooting in the US

Ps - I have just seen on the news that this is the 18th school shooting incident in America this year, yes that’s right this year as in 45 days of 2018.  According to snopes (https://www.snopes.com/gun-deaths-wars/) More Americans have died from gunshots in the last 50 years than in all of the wars ...

Re: Yet another school shooting in the US

A vehicle's prime purpose is not to kill. Your point is ridiculous. Ask yourself why most other countries don't have the same problem. They all have "deranged or impaired individuals" too. The difference is they don't have so many people with blinkered views. How do other countries get by without be...

Re: Apple slows down older iPhones

I've had both Android(Samsung) and Apple phones and have noticed it a lot more on Apple phones. Admitting it doesn't make any difference since it really has been so obvious. I can accept newer updates are built for newer phones an due to the specifications of older phone they may slow down slightly ...

I asked a relative about that law, they said its ok if 'no have seatbelt'. I wasn't convinced either! I know it's wrong and highly dangerous to do so, more so on the roads of Thailand, but after a long tiring day out somewhere I like to lie down in the back of a pickup on the way home. It's generall...

Re: 19:15 - 20:20 Flight WE010 travelling between 02DECT17 to 24MAR18 has been cancelled.

My wife and son are due to fly on the 8th, I'd be pissed off to the extent none of my family would fly Thaismile again if their flights were changed so late they were unable to make their connecting flights. Thankfully there are several flights with the budget airlines flying into Don Muang slightly...

Re: Prawn (Gung) Farm

On a slightly related note, I once visited a restaurant in Bangkok set around a little pond where you had to fish your own prawns out with fishing rods.

Wasn't exactly hard to get a bite as you ate and paid for what you caught by weight. I'm convinced such a novelty would be popular in Udon.
