Re: Houses on Nor Sor 3 Gor land

Update.....the land was confirmed at 91m, and so has two houses on it...not a big problem - the main one is empty and the 'owner' is living away with children. Other one...well maybe we can live with it. NOw...a further question. One section of the land (about 15m x 3 meters wie has been used by an ...

Cost of building perimemeter

I am sure this has been raised before but I cannot find the thread. Looking to build a perimeter 'wall' using concrete posts and the 'slot in' concrete fillers. Seven to each space between post, and wall is around 70 metres. Land is fairly even and is near Loei. Anyone have a rough guide price as to...

Re: Any Welsh people here

Oh there seems to be more and more.....I worked in Tonypandy for a few years and am now ex Aberdare. I also know of another local from Near Pontypridd.

Much as I would like to visit the 'Welsh Bar', the way Swansea are doing. and the fact I support Cardiff City, might make it fraught..!

Re: driver license

You can use your UK driving licence for 90 days. I was stopped in this period and told it was not valid - we went to the head man at stop point and he told the road policeman it was valid. I did not have time to get International Driving Permit before I came (which is valid for 12 months). Regardles...

Houses on Nor Sor 3 Gor land

Looking at some NS3 Gor land and measured the length at 75m. Beyond that there were some small wooden houses/huts. That was fine, 75m would be fine for us. However, when looking at the actual Land Dept plan of the plot it shows the length as 91m...ie it would appear that the wooden houses/huts have ...

Re: WANTED - HOUSE FOR RENT

We rent in Baan Klangmuong 5 The Resort, Nadee, not far from the airport (near PEA Building). We pay 15000/month fully furnished (though we had to get a fridge/ cooker ring/washing machine (which we can use later). Anyway, it's a nice area, one storey three bedroom properties with gated entrance, lo...

Petrol Grade

I have a two year old Almera and have always put E85 petrol in it rather than the standard E20 (which is shown on the inside of the filler cap). As I am doing a lot more miles now I am questioning this. Is it really worth using the higher grade petrol in the belief that it is better for the engine?

Car Tax renewal

Where is the easiest place to renew this?
Is it standard rate for all cars (have Almera).
Expires end of the month so presumably will renew 12 months from that date not date renewed?
Also do they take cards?!

thanks

We are thinking of placing our four and a half year old son (English speaking) in Holy Mary school.
Seemingly good reviews - anyone have any actual experience of this school?

Re: Problems with Firefox after a major Windows 10 update

I ditched Firefox as it has become so bloated and east memory (around 6-700mb even if only a few tabs open). OPERA is far superior and uses around 100mb usually. Can lock ads and has an inbuilt VPN (ctrl/shift/N) so sites cannot track what you browse.

Anyone know if there is anywhere in town that sells these (4 or 5 foot), and what prices. Seen some online but would like to see for real.
