Breakfast individual....hands down is......

Laan Yaa Mo wrote:You can get a breakfast like that, minus the stewed tomatoes which taste terrible anyway, for 100 baht in Toronto, and many other places in Canada. Also, we have bacon in place of ham.

The Centara breakfast buffet isn't nearly worth it.

For that area of town the Irish Clock gets my vote... Full English 170 baht, plus 30 if you want black pudding, which I don't care for. And the coffee is always fresh and tasty. But my favorite breakfast is still TJ's because I prefer grits to beans.

Born in Memphis, TN., but being a military brat I've lived all over the place. Before moving here I spent the last 7 years in my little cabin in the mountains near Gatlinburg, TN.

Proper English at last - coming with Windows 8

Proper English at last - coming with Windows 8

GREAT INFO! I'll be contacting them soon! Regarding "SOS"... it's probably the first solid food I ever had. My family couldn't afford Gerber's.

Had Christmas Day dinner here with my wife last year. Food was fantastic, and very reasonably priced at only 299 baht. However, the service was absolutely horrible. I've grown accustomed to slow service in Thailand, but this was truly amazing, and I couldn't determine if there was anyone of authorit...

The Thai's just don't get it. I keep scolding my wife for removing the grid that covers the drain. I've tried to explain to her it's there for a REASON... it stops anything thats to big from going into the drain (duh) that should therefore be placed in the trash (bin).

Never tried the burgers, but being a "southern boy" from the U.S. I was delighted to discover they have GRITS! I eat breakfast there at least twice a month. Anyone know a local market where I can find grits?
