To try and illiminate the word black is complete and utter insanity .
I am a bit confused here - do you mean eliminate, or illuminate?

Which of course leads to very different conclusions. :-k
Great post Pratty. Will keep everyone enthralled in your spelling ability and wisdom.

I would be asking him for the waste gypsum boards, good for the soil. If he buries everything else, no real harm.

Re: A little ray of sunshine from Vietnam

You know, many people outside of Asia have in the past and may even do now, view the health care systems throughout the Asian countries as inferior to theirs back in Europe or the West. But it (the Asian Healthcare system) has proven in part to be anything but inferior, in the way it has suppressed...

My unvarnished opinion is that they are doing their best. They have been coping with something that is unique, just watch the EXPERTS daily change their minds. To just believe the Guardians efforts to shoot down the TORIES but never offer any real alternative. Used to think you were a Jock.

There are still plenty of separated families in farang countries where the farang country won't allow someone or a number of family members in. It isn't just Thailand doing this. Farang governments still don't seem particularly concerned about this.

Re: Post Covid ecomony

Dr Taweesilp said domestic airlines could sell all seats on a flight, because planes have good ventilation systems and flight-times are short, about one hour. Infection on average needed at least two hours of exposure, he said. However, airline passengers must continue to wear face masks. So there w...

We seem to have some very skilled Cheap Charlies posting in this thread. I've always considered myself careful with money and I'd easily spend more than 50,000 a month if in Udon. That covers Mrs 93, a step-daughter, the mother-in-law and 2 step grandchildren. That would cover food, school fees and...

Re: Post Covid ecomony

The UK's April GDP was -20.4% There, in a nutshell, is your post-covid economy. Eh, did you expect any other kind of figure, the whole Country has been in lockdown so a 20.4% drop is surprisingly positive. Means not to much to do when the UK gets back to work. Not at all an indicator of post Covid ...

Gangsters? I would have written the Europeans. Britons share a lot of values with Europeans and some of the European countries are among the finest countries in the world. Granted, the EU is a very difficult trade negotiator. The Covid 19 economic crisis dials up the risks of awful outcomes from a ...

2 visits to makro a month. Usually 4500 a trip. So that’s 9000. That’s included 2 x 20kg bags dog food and up to 15 chicken carcasses for the 3 dogs. Eat out maybe once a week. So less than 4000 there. Fuel for bikes and car. 3000 So that’s 16,000. Plus 1500/month on badminton. So easily just over ...

It is so easy NOW in hindsight to question whatever happened , none of us were at those briefings and none of us are responsible for the outcome. No country is the same as we have found out. Deaths occurred and some may well say to little to late, others will say why shutdown, live through it as we...
