I am a little confused as to the total asking price of the farm, additional land and truck would be as you mentioned that your wife wanted 2 million baht for the farm and your add initially mentioned, I believe, 1.45 million baht for the farm.

Saw your post on another listing and just wanted to comment that you have a beautiful home with a ton of quality, but more than we wanted to spend on a home we would only live in 2 or 3 months a year.

Good luck as somebody will hopefully enjoy it soon.

Right now the wife is quite adament about staying in the Udon area.

We may make a few day up into Laos early next week so could look at it then, but I want to make sure she considers it a possibility before we take up your time. Will stay in touch.
