Thanks folks. Heavier gauge white metal pre-insulated it is. Grandmom has termites so I'm looking at the site welded steel. I would need to find hurricane clips to secure the roof membrane to the top plate. I suppose they could fabricate weld-on angle brackets with holes. I don't think Uncle welds, ...

Looks like a decent slab with good sub-slab prep. Must be masonry walls and not steel studs given the little footings for under room walls. Correct?

What are the longer diagonal bars up on the dobe blocks in the sand?

Getting the Uncle to re-roof the Mother-In-law's roof near Udon Thani. It's a simple farmer-built 2 story farm house but the roof area is large. It's a tin roof now with questionable wood rafters. Hi ajarnudon, Do you have a rebar specific schedule? (size, grade, spacing). Also, is there a concrete mix you or your batch plant has in mind? These considerations may be worth some sort of a tip, unless you're taking work away from a regular client??? Sounds like you're building a pole building me...
