LARGE PEOPLE ........must admit the horse did raise his eyebrows n cough a bit when i got on but only my knees buckled not his

Brilliant ..... wish i could find time to ride more often as i had a great time and enjoyed the whole experience...took me back to my Olympic show jumping and Badminton horse trails days ....

It was actually a typing error John, it was supposed to read ' larger people ' I have just been informed that the politically correct way to describe a ' large ' person in the US is '' people of size '' In UK it is something else but I have asked Paul to add the missing ' r ' so not to offend..

Nice to see a couple of new students this morning, the first couple of lessons we start off with learning how to mount and dismount properly, then on to getting the ‘feel ' of being on the horse walking around finding your balance in order to ride and be one with the horse … this is done at first with the safety of being on a lead rope.. once a student has found their balance and feel comfortable we move onto the next stage...



Prices we feel are very reasonable:

Beginners Course, (course consists of 10 hourly lessons)

Adult age 16 years + 8500 Baht

Child up to 16 years 6500 Baht

Or if you require just a single lesson (to maybe try it out first) 1000 baht

One on one private tuition is also available.. (most adults prefer this)

All safety equipment provided at no charge..

For Absolute beginners - Lead Rein Pony Trekking

Never been near a pony or horse before but always wanted to experience the sensation of horse riding? We have now introduced ‘ lead rein ‘ pony and horse trail rides for both children and adults. Instead of riding the horse yourself you will be safely led on the lead rein by our experienced handlers..

The trail ride lasts approx 45 minutes to 1 hour which consists of at first being lead around our scenic lake and then venturing out into the beautiful rural Thai country side, enjoy strolling through local Thai villages and a temple. We make plenty of stops to make sure of that perfect photo..

I thought this post might interest any fellow anglers...occasionally we rent out our fishing lake here at the ranch to any serous anglers visiting the area.. this last weekend we had 2 professional anglers from France Mr Toumi and Jean Michel book the lake , they landed approx 50 fish and 11 different species... here are some pics of their catch..
