We're in it at half time GT in a close one. But I don't think The Weagles or Hawthorn are shaking in their boots watching this one. BUT nice to be watching the dogs in a live game in round 22 and know that we are guaranteed a final be it against North, Richmond or Adelaide.

DU, if your on a winner, the Seismic activity will need to be monitored, LOL
Good on the Doggies, Im sure a few sentimental favourites for many outside the 8 and condemned to watch the finals in neutral colours
Swannies, with Franklin, need to pull a huge one off , ( Oops ) to grab 4th again , so my eyes on AFL.com.au today , Im 17hrs behind The G .
Seeing upsets on a regular basis for the last few weeks, would be worrying for a few teams in the 4 , as those in the 8 are closing in and have the Fear of Teddy in their eyes
Makings of a good final series with 2 upsets in the first round,

Almost a Sgt Peppers moment with that song DU. 'It was 20 years ago today............ .' Who would have thought when that great side won the flag 20 years ago and played, pretty well, the perfect season, that we'd still be waiting for the Blues next flag. Not I.downunder wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEk79Fv ... detailpage
Looks like a few coaches playing ducks and drakes resting players this weekend. North seem to be trying to avoid playing Adelaide in week one. Dogs won't flirt with form hopefully and just keep going like a bull at a gate with the attitude that we'll play anywhere at anytime and be thankful were still playing in Sept.

Arjarn Lewie
I suppose nearly every Doggie will be playing their first final series.
Where will you be watching this weekend ? Stands of Western Oval ... or at Home with SOL
4th Spot still up for grabs , So the Kiss of Death, and we slide !
Doggies up with a crushing win and Tiges and Roos have a VFL game play off.
Home in Udon on 14th, so looking for a few games over next weekend, unless the Missus orders me to the beach, Hua Hin and Ive already sussed a BBQ Grill place next to the Hua Hin Hilton with AFL, but with watermelon smoothies at 300 B each, better bring some Lao Kip as the Ozzie $ is worth fark all

Well if David Parkin is correct about Carlton's list, they won't be winning a flag in the next 10 years. They'd be doing well just to make the eight in the next 5 years. Miracles can't be expected from Bolton.
It's probably wise for their supporters to have a second team. We all need some fun every now and again. I don't think this makes these supporters rats although strong traditionalists might think so.
It's been a good season. There seem to be really interesting games each weekend. Norths - Tigers and Essendon - Collingwood are the games that appeal to me this round.
A good win is expected from the Doggies. I understand the Doggies - Lions game is usually a bit of a grudge game?
