Retired 68 y/o American man looking for apartment near Nong Prajak park with car parking. Clean and low cost, simple not extravagant, quiet and secure. Will stay for 6 months and maybe can agree on keeping apt. while I go back to America for 3 months then have when I return? Please no slobs...
