Plaster Cornice

Has anyone that has built a new home in Udon recently been able to buy the standard size plaster cornice I have been searching and the only type I have come across is a small plastic version from Do Home.

I have tried to find aswell, and just looked at the new Gyproc catalogue I have. Nothing in there. Maybe available but I gave up and I am going to the square style and no cornice. Maybe cornice is old school and square is the new age style?
If you are trying to match an existing cornice section which has cornice then I hope you have good luck.
I'll keep my eye out.

Thanks Barney it looks like I will have to go this way to I do not want the cheap plastic look will keep looking and let you know if I find anything.

There's a small shop on the NW corner of the ring road and the road going to Ban Lieum (sp) from Phosri Rd that does all kinds of mouldings of this nature. We have used them for both exterior as well as interior work. These same type shops are scattered all over UT with another located just next to Home Mart on the Ring Rd.

Since I've been living here I have built 4 houses and apartments and they have all had cornice fitted to the ceilings and a special cut out design in the middle of the ceilings also with decorative plaster mouldings in various shapes and sizes. This is a specialised job and there's only one man in Udon that does this, and relatively inexpensive to which includes painting in various different colours on the your required design. If you or anyone would like more details please PM me. I'm not on any commission just passing on good workmanship..

Hi bread man
We will be returning back to udon later this year on a permanent basis and will need some work done, maintenance and alteration s to our property etc
We want to fit plaster cornice to all our rooms, so could you give me a PM with the telephone number of the guy that possibly could work for me please.
Also is their anywhere in udon that now sells plaster cornice ( not the polystyrene type) as I failed last year to find anywhere and was told you had to order from Bangkok
Any help would be great
