James is now looking after Gourmet Meats, he has just taken a load of Pics of the Lamb in Stock and all the other Meats Available in the Fridges and Freezers.

LAMB Fresh and Frozen, Gourmet Lamb Sausages will be here soon to add to the Selection, Full and Half Legs, Shanks, Sweet Tastey Loin Chops, Chump Chops, Fourquater Chops ( huge and full of Meat )

PORK & BEEF - Pork Roll Roast, Pork Chops Skin on, Gammon, Ham Sliced and on the Bone, Bacon Middle Back and Streaky, Marinated Pork Steaks, Beef - Aged Sirloin Steak and Rib Eye's, Beef Patties and Rissoles ( meat Balls ), Sausages Thick Thin and Plenty of Flavors, Full Range of Lady Pies, Pasties and Sausage Rolls.

Hello Udon

Special Thanks to everyone that has been in and for your Support, the Lamb and other goodies have been selling better than we thought possible.

The Gourmet Meats Shop will be Closed Monday 13th to 15th April for the Songkran Festival and the fact you will not be able to get a Car into Udon for the 3 days.

We will be open this Sunday April 12 8am to 4pm so you can get all your goodies before the Madness Begins ( hopefully it will wait to Monday before it starts )

To everyone have a Safe Songkran, stay off the roads if you can, all the best.

hi steve , i called in last monday morning " your day off , i did,nt know that " and your 2 ladys did there best
to help me with buying some lamb but every pack they pulled from the freezer the price on the sticker had
run and none of us could read them , i had to go away empty handed , just some thing to think about on the
pen or maybe printed labels .

Ta for my shopping experience today,can Jimmy give the price for the pates from The real pate company in Nongsamrong, as myself and your shop assistant were not sure.Pate is in weight about 135g and the 3 out of 4 types available were :-
Pork, garlic, mushrooms and cognac
Duck, orange and cointreau
Chicken,lemongrass and chilli

Couple photos of pork chop,sausages and lamb chops.

Lamb sausages to try over the Songkran period alongwith Lamb loin chops and Lamb shoulder chops

Just arrived in this morning and will be in the Freezers about 9.00 am Aussie Chiko Rolls - a dozen to the bag 1000 Baht a bag or 100 Baht each.

cooked up 4 Kilo's of Lamb Snaggers at the SPORTSBAR yesterday, sensational favour - Avail at the shop or at the bar - real Australian Lamb Sausages.
