Reliable house builder wanted.

Initially I had a builder lined up for my future build. After a period of time I decided to change the design and presented my plans to him asking for a new estimate. He came back with a price that was 35% more expensive than the original estimate despite the fact the new design is smaller and less complicated to build. Reason for the increase, " building materials have increased in price". I reckon with less materials required on the second plan he increased his price by around 50%.
We then met another builder. Showed him my plans which he immediately started to look at upside down. I gave him a site drawing showing the position of the house on the plot. Thinking he had understood, let him go away and reproduce my hand made prints more professionally. About 2 weeks later met up only to find new plans have been drawn upside down, wrong measurements and the walk-in wardrobe off the main bedroom had become a long patio? Had another meeting where we pointed out the mistakes. That was 3 months ago, since then we haven't heard a dickie bird.
Shortly after we met another builder. This one at least understood the plans and took them away for costing. That was the last we heard from him. The annoying thing is I didn't photo copy all the plans and left myself with one floor plan diagram. Side view elevations had gone.
About a month ago we made contact with builder number 4. He didn't understand the plans, thinking the outside patio was covered, giving an overall living area of over 300sqm. Had a meeting and explained plans to him a second time. Still waiting for him to get back to us.
What I'm looking for is a reliable builder that will do a quality job for around 10,000baht a square meter. I do not want to use the big building companies in and around Udon.

Hi I used a firm called A house they did the job for about 10k/m2
construction i would give them 9 out of 10
finishing 5 out of 10
but this is due to the fact i was not here for the build or the finishing touches and the site foreman just let things slide

Unbeknown to me, my wife has been in contact with builder No4. I'll see what his estimate is before I make further inquires.
