The edge of nowhere

Now I live on the edge of nowhere, short distance from Ring Road, in Ban Leum. Looking across the road is where the water goes, and some rice fields. So when the wife said the neighbor was building a Hotel, I thought maybe means apartments.

For days they have been filling and still today. Then some trucks started coming with Big concrete pillars.

Maybe we are indeed getting a Hotel! Go figure. He must know something I don't

Looks like in the very near future you will have a swimming pool full of local youngsters..... that is if they build a pool. :c $\:D/$

All the new development going on creates jobs and attracts more people to the area so I guess that's why there are so many new hotels under construction. Udon is really buzzing at the moment.

Maybe. Lets see. By Aug EU will officially be in a recession, followed by the US in Dec (conveniently after election) China ? But then again some say the US never got out of the last one.

If I could figure out how to put a map here, would show where this is, by directions it 4k SW from Bubba's Bar.

Pile driver arrived today. 3/4 of pile like knife thru butter on a day like today (38C). Had to be expected, building on what was 3 feet of water during the rainy season.
