As 90% will be foreigners, I assume most will be of the single person apartment style. If it was for expats married to Thais it would be 50%

Of course all rules of land ownership in the Kingdom of Thailand apply. Currently all of our sold lots belong to Thai's with foriegn spouses.

Brookside, perhaps you could attach a more detailed map so we could drive by and have a look. When I click on the advertising brochure which you have included here it still doesn't give me enough detail to find my way there....it's not readable. Regards, Semper.

We will post GPS coordinates soon, in the meantime, if you are tarvelling towards Nong Bua Lampu from Udon airport, you will pass Big C and Lotus on the right, you will then see PTT gas station on the left. the turn is immediately following the gas station, the sign over the road says welcom to Tambon Nadee. Brookside will be 5 kilometers on the left hand side. Pleasse call if you have any further questions. Thank you.
